Suffered an injury through no fault of your own? Our Gold Coast no win, no fee lawyers help injured people and their families access expert legal support and the compensation they deserve, with no upfront costs and no financial risk.
A no win, no fee arrangement means you pay nothing upfront to have a lawyer run your personal injury claim. If your claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing in professional fees. If we succeed, our fees are paid from your compensation, and we’ll explain exactly how that works before you commit to anything.
If you’ve been injured due to someone else’s negligence, whether at work, on the road, or in a public place, you may be entitled to compensation. This covers a range of claim types, from workplace accidents and motor vehicle injuries through to slips and falls and psychological harm.
Strict time limits apply under Queensland law, so it’s important to get advice as early as possible. Missing a deadline can affect your right to claim entirely, which is why acting quickly matters.
Queensland law permits personal injury firms to charge an uplift fee of up to 25% on professional fees when a case succeeds. Biddle Law has chosen not to do this. There are no uplift fees here, and what you’re quoted is what you pay.
Queensland legislation also allows professional fees of up to 50% of a client’s net settlement. We cap ours at 35%, so more of your compensation stays with you. Our fee policy is transparent and explained in full before you proceed.

Personal injury law allows you to seek compensation for injuries caused by someone else’s negligence. This includes workplace accidents, motor vehicle injuries, public liability incidents such as slips and falls, and psychological injuries. A personal injury lawyer can assess your situation, advise on the claims process, and help calculate entitlements including medical costs, lost wages, and rehabilitation expenses.
Strict time limits apply. Workers’ compensation claims generally must be lodged within six months of the injury. Common law claims for workplace injuries or permanent impairment typically have a three-year limit. CTP and public liability claims usually must commence within three years of the accident, or within nine months in some circumstances unless there is a reasonable excuse for delay. Getting advice early ensures your right to claim is protected.
Compensation can cover medical treatment, rehabilitation costs, lost wages, future medical expenses, and ongoing care costs where permanent impairment is involved. We help you identify all heads of loss and calculate the full value of your claim, not just the obvious upfront costs.
You pay no professional fees upfront and owe nothing if your claim is unsuccessful. If we succeed, our fees are paid from your compensation. We explain the fee structure in detail before you proceed. Our fees are capped at 35% of your net settlement, and we never charge an uplift fee.
Strong claims are supported by medical records and treatment notes, rehabilitation reports, accident or incident reports, witness statements, and documentation of lost income. We help you identify and gather the right evidence and liaise with insurers and other parties on your behalf.
We do not charge uplift fees. Queensland law allows personal injury firms to apply an uplift of up to 25% on professional fees for a successful outcome, but we have chosen not to do this. We also cap our professional fees at 35% of your net settlement, well below the 50% maximum permitted under Queensland legislation. You’ll understand your fee position from the very first conversation.
