Approach To Law

Known for his calm, client-first approach, Howard brings a knowledgeable and human approach to every case, no matter how complex or sensitive. As a sole practitioner, clients work with the same face from the very first consultation through to resolution. Having a direct line to an experienced practitioner, paired with fees capped at 35 percent of net settlement (well below the industry standard), means clients are not only better looked after but genuinely better off.

Having built his career across Gold Coast and Brisbane law firms before establishing his own practice, Howard combines strong technical grounding in personal injury and estate law with a straightforward, no-nonsense manner that puts people at ease during what is often one of the most difficult periods of their lives.

Community Involvement, Boards & Committees

Howard is an active member of the Gold Coast community, and passionate about sports. He currently keeps busy as a Player’s Representative and Secretary of the Gold Coast District Cricket Club, a committee member for the Mudgeeraba Nerang District Cricket Club and Director of Gold Coast Cricket. Biddle Law is now a proud sponsor of grassroots Gold Coast sports clubs across cricket, rugby league, rugby union and baseball.

Outside Of The Office

Howard is Gold Coast born and raised and was educated in the GPS system at The Southport School on the Gold Coast. Howard’s grandfather was a well respected and long serving Master at The Southport School, with a dedicated boarding house, ‘Biddle House’, named in his memory at the school. Howard remains an actively engaged member of his alumni community as well as the broader local community that he now aims to serve within the legal sphere.
